We were hired to craft and execute online and traditional marketing campaigns. The client’s goal was to promote their newly launched location in the South Lake Union neighborhood to bring in initial traffic. Our challenge was to develop content that would connect with the client’s current branding image and give a fresh look to the just-launched location at the South Lake Union.
What We Did
We worked on a wide spectrum of tasks. Starting from content development, including photography, illustration, and coupon card design with the existing logo, we executed a highly effective social media campaign, which delivered strong revenue gains.
We had to start from scratch with the Facebook Advertising campaign since there was no social media strategy before our management started. We’ve developed a targeted audience of potential consumers who effectively connected with the business and converted it into booked appointments. We solidified the marketing campaign by offering return clients coupon cards to ensure return traffic.
The result of our Online Marketing campaign was a successful launch of the newly opened location at the South Lake Union. We were able to keep the bookings at the location up to 90% of the total capacity on a consecutive basis throughout the Facebook Ads running. Quest Factor has also seen a dramatic increase in returning customers with a coupon card, which was designed to ensure retention of the newly acquired customers.
