followed by the development of a full marketing funnel to support their new Lake Union location. Alongside the digital campaign, we introduced a physical coupon card system to channel new clients back for repeat visits with exclusive discounts on additional escape room experiences.
The result was a highly effective, precisely targeted campaign that led to a fully booked location during the entire 3-month campaign.
All six rooms consistently filled, setting record booking numbers and generating strong sales. Unfortunately, once the campaign ended and marketing efforts paused, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic stalled the economy, leading to a steady decline in traffic.
